On my way home from Lubbock, I decided
to take some photos
The wind in North Texas is always active.
So it's a natural to have these large fans set up on what
they are calling "Wind Farms".
They are producing electricity for the surrounding area.
These things are huge. It takes one semi trailer to
haul just one of the blades.
These turbines are everywhere. If you look at the top
of the hills you will see them.
Below, you can see them spread across the field.
Now, when I get home they had on one of the new shows
that these fans are pulling down the warm air from
the atmosphere in the evening.
Which in turn is not cooling the ground.
So I wonder. Green Energy?
